Use of this website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at a rate that harms its operation, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when completing forms.
Intellectual property
All content, logos, designs, software and trademarks on this website belong to My Property SaaS or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business evaluation, but may not copy, modify or exploit them commercially without written permission.
Information and pricing
Content on this website is provided for general information. Features, integrations, pricing, discounts and availability may change and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance; a binding commitment arises only through a signed order form or subscription agreement.
VAT
Prices shown on this website are exclusive of value-added tax unless stated otherwise. VAT at the applicable UAE rate (currently 5%) is added to invoices where it is due. Payment by bank transfer or cheque is accepted as described in your order form.
Software subscriptions
Use of the My Property SaaS platform is governed by the subscription agreement or order form signed with you, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict. Demos and trials are provided “as is” for evaluation.
Partner programme
Applying to the partner programme does not create a partnership, agency or employment relationship. Commission levels, eligibility and obligations are set out in the partner agreement that we sign with approved partners.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to the amount permitted by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable there, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless your signed agreement states otherwise.
